* Held over a 4 week period * Week One- Stages of labour, Pregnancy / labour hormones & Active Birth Week Two- Hypnobirthing Techniques, / massage techniques Week Three- Practical baby care- Safe sleeping, Skin-skin, Breastfeeding / artificially feeding, nappy / cord care, myth busting. Week 4- Paediatric Basic Life Support & Choking Workshop- Fully accredited for you and your birth partner. Self Care- Chose 1 treatment- 30 minute pregnancy massage, acupuncture treatment, reiki, pregnancy relaxation / meditation. * Held over 4 evenings * Be included in our 3am WhatsApp group
