Now you have made the transition to parenthood, we don't ever want you to be without your baby. Our exclusive post-natal & Baby yoga classes incorporate baby yoga postures for your little one too so that they can practice with their mummy!

 

These classes are intended for women who have just had a baby! After the birth, you will have a lot of juggling to do. Your body, mind and hormones have been working overtime and whilst transitioning to a whole different world of parenthood, there is a high chance that you will feel completely exhausted. Bump, Birth, Baby & Beyond Ltd Postnatal & Baby yoga classes aim to help balance those hormonal levels, allowing you to relax deeply, whilst enjoying your baby.
