A Time to Breathe, Pause & Reconnect Step into a space of stillness and presence with our fortnightly meditation evenings—gentle gatherings designed to help you slow down, release stress, and come home to yourself. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, these sessions offer a grounding and supportive environment for inner reflection and calm. Each evening includes a guided meditation led with care, moments of silence, and optional sharing or journaling to deepen your experience. You’ll be invited to tune into your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom—away from the noise of daily life. No pressure, no expectations—just space to be. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centred.
