About Me
Hello, I am Hannah and welcome to Bump,Birth,Baby & Beyond.
I started my own journey with hynobirthing 8 years ago when I was expecting my daughter.
I felt overwhelmed and wanted to gain as much knowledge of pregnancy and birth as I could in the time I had.
Hypnobirthing gave me just that and more!
I learnt tools for life and have never looked back. After my second pregnancy and second experience of hypnobirthing with The Wise Hippo I knew I needed to share the passion I had for all things Bump and birth and decided it was time to train as a Wise Hippo Birthing instructor to share this amazing experience and tool with as many women as I can reach out to.
The Wise Hippo techniques empower women to know they can have 'the right birth on the day'

Preparation for your birth

One to One sessions
Lets get personal
With a one to one Course, I will guide you through the whole birthing process with a four week programme and provide you with tips and approaches to make the experience as calm and positive as possible. If you require more information, do not hesitate to reach out to me.
included in this will be Four sessions lasting 2.5 hours, your own handbook and MP3s aswel as access to an online account to help with all your questions and learning.

group sessions
Every Step of the Way
Group sessions will usually consist of up to four couples and will give you the added benefit of other couples that are on similar journeys for you to get to know and share questions and experiences along the way.
The course consists of four weeks of 2.5 hour sessions, a handbook, MP3s and access the the Wise Hippo online resources.

An introduction into the Wise Hippo Birthing program

This is a 1 hour introductory session
designed to introduce couples to The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme.
You will leave with some really useful information aswel as having accessed a relaxation session, time to ask any questions you may have and if you do decide to go ahead with one of the full courses this will be deducted from your course balance.
