Prenatal Yoga with Sophie- Every Friday 12.30-1.30pm Joing Sophie, qualified Midwife, for a calming and supportive prenatal yoga class designed to guide you through your pregnancy journey. each week we'll focus on: * Breath work to nurture relaxation and connection * Slow flow yoga poses to help with optimal positioning for both you & baby * A peaceful closing with yoga Nidra, a soothing meditation to promote wellbeing Plus, a cuppa and a friendly chat with like minded individuals. A safe and welcoming space for all expectant Mums to be. Come along, unwind, and connect with others on the same journey. No experience needed!
